What would you do if you found out that the pesticides that were being sprayed caused you to lose the ability of your body to cope with the ability to fight disease and caused you to have other problems with your health as well? The author shows the reader how she is currently fighting negative thoughts as well as autoimmune disorder in her challenge to get well. The book is an interesting read. As I have also dealt with health problems, many years ago with graves disease. I have overcome and am living a healthy lifestyle today as a result of prayer and positive thinking. The author Maryam Henein states that over 53 million Americans are suffering with the autoimmune disorder today and that many of them are probably not even diagnosed with the true problem. Each and everyone of us needs to become our own health advocate if we want the best possible life that we can live. The medical field today want to prescribe medicines which often times have more side effects that do more damage than what we’d like. The book is well written and describes the author’s journey to wellness. The author has a website also and you may want to check that out as well. I could relate when the author talked about a titanium rod being used to help with a broken leg. My wife had one put in her arm and taken out and it still is causing her problems. today often want to give a band-aid medicine and not really treat the problem at the source. I agree that the bees play an important role in our health. I found the information presented in the book to be well researched and presented in a concise manner. Our government has regulations, but often does not have the manpower to see that the regulations are enforced. Our diet is also another area that we all need to take a vital look at. As the saying goes “we are what we eat.” I would like to encourage the author to keep her thought positive and I pray that she continues to heal. The author discusses her ability to reduce stress and help her body heal by changing her place of residence. She also explains how to develop a healthy plan for your life. I rated this book a solid 5 stars and look forward to reading more by this talented author.
