'Official Review: If Your Water Cooler Could Talk' by Jim Bohn is a useful thesis on transforming an organization for prospective readers! The point that a true increase in productivity and profits will result when the organization focuses on what the employee can do for the corporation rather than what a company can do for the employee is worth mentioning in the review! Also, the point that the book is well-researched is remarkable for readers! The reviewer's experience of reading the book is fascinating to learn! it was great to know that the book has valuable information and is accessible to any reader!

This is a lovely review. I love how the title of the book was worded and I think you did a great job acting as an extension of Jim Bohn. However, seeing how complex the summary sounded, I will have to pass up on this one. Congratulations on book of the day, though.
Cheers! (ง'‿'︠)ง ♥

This business leadership book sounds interesting for business owners and leaders who want to understand how to keep the employees engaged and invested in their company. It seems to me the first thing to do to keep employees is to make sure they feel valued and validated. Great review!

The title of this book sounds unusual but the subject matter has an effect on everyday work life. So I think it's great. Thanks for the review.

Wow very interesting book, at least all organization should adapt the 'we' perspective rather than 'me', this will also help the organization work together as a team. This is a very educative book at the workplace especially the Human resources department. Otherwise thanks for sharing.

Indeed such a/an inspiring piece of writing sir, underlining the perceptive that organisations should not rather face what to do to collaborate a productive work ethnics on employees but to see that employees should of the other hand be of a Good work pattern of moving both them and the employers to greater heights!.

This book is educative, speak more about human management, for a company to move well by on this vision, and objectives , there must be a reward system, carrying all workers along but not to the killing of the company itself,

Your reboot is very informative. Being familiar with the concept of employee surveys was an added bonus for you. However, this doesn't apply to me so I will probably pass on this read.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book for business owners focusing on the concept that happy employers are productive employees and thereby a successful business. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

What can the company do for the employee is an interesting view for an employer to take. I wonder what companies currently look at things from this point of view? This sounds like a useful book!
