This sounds like a very useful book any time, but it can especially give guidance around the holidays at the end of the year and post-pre-during pandemic isolation. Thank you for your review and recommendation.

We hear of family conflicts often. I like the book for the examples and experience it gives to those affected by domestic violence. Thanks for the review

Annie's characterization in this story seems to have courageous aspects as she fights with odds in her marriage life.

So many women in marriages today go through similar problems shared in this book. It's a pity most married men only think of themselves and don't consider the future of their families before embarking on unhealthy habits. This book will offer help to both the men and the women in marriages. Great job for this awesome review.

This non-fiction book seems to have an interesting vocabulary with interesting phrasing. However, the themes of suicide, alcoholism, and addiction are not for me now. Congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the review!

Marriage is a scary part of life if we choose the wrong person to be with. The title and cover are catchy, and given that many people are prone to drinking, I find this book interesting. I want to know how the author experienced being with alcoholics in her marriages. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The book's title is quite the showstopper. I wonder whether the author takes responsibility for her choices since her husbands turned out to be problematic deadbeats. I'm also curious about how her chaotic life has impacted her children.

This review ,though the book being shady ,makes it interesting.Relationship issues are a major concern out there for ladies nowadays. This could be my next read to know Annie's side of the story as described by the author.

I agree with your review. Iimagine that it was not easy for the author to write this book, as she would have to go through each of the painful memories and challenges she faced while living with an alcoholic. Despite the slight flaws, I'm such it helps a lot of people in similar situations feel less alone.

Alcoholism affects so many and is easy to hide and deny. Annie's story can help others become aware of their enabling behaviors. I enjoyed your comments about the author's vocabulary and writing. Thanks for the great review!
