It's so heartwarming and inspiring when one comes across a book that gives a glimpse into the life of a lovely personality with so much to take away, lessons to be learned and inspiration to build on.

In today's book of the day, Peter Simon Karp wrote a beautiful memoir about his loving wife, Mona. In the book, he recounted their life with their two sons and how they could come together as a family. I like the review and wish to congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

Indeed, in sampling this book, I found the writing to be simple and beautifully poetic. Thank you for your thorough take on this story, and congrats on BOTD.

The author strongly embraced his life with his loved ones in such a way that allows them to live their lives to the fullest still in time. This book is all about inspiring it more focused on true love, life exploring, Care and seeing life In a fruitful side and forgetting about Negativity. Mona was disabled not able to see on the other eye but that doesn't stop her from fulfilling her desire.

I don't read memoirs, and I typically don't read religious stories, so I'll pass on this one. Nevertheless, I'd like to congratulate the author on his achievement and tribute to his dear wife.

It is a touching story! I enjoy reading books about love, and it shows that although it can be difficult if you love a person, you will stick with them even in their lowest moments.

Normally, memoirs are not my cup of tea. However, the sample reading (from the BOTD) grabbed me from the very beginning. I truly enjoyed this author’s style of writing. I was worried that it would be too depressing but on the contrary, I found that I kept wanting to turn the pages. I found myself hanging on the edge of my seat and wanting to know more about Mona’s initial diagnosis and then later, wanting to know more about how she reacts and rallies to the devastating news. I am a boy mom as well so that really spoke to me throughout the reading too. I would very much like to add this to my book log. Thank you for such a great review!

I love how the author recounts the wonderful times with his wife in this book. The title is interesting; I actually was not sure what the word "logjam" meant and had to look it up. The religious aspects would not bother me; in fact, I think they would enhance the story. Thanks for the review!

'Official Review: LOGJAM of a Beauteous MIND' by Peter Simon Karp is potent and enriching. I love the way the reviewer relates the book to larger issues. The point that the book recounts the life of the author's wife with their two sons and how they could come together as a family to get through a trying time in their lives is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the author manages to include humor in his recount, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book is a good story about love and courage!

I liked this book already. Mona is such a very brave and gentle woman. I'll bet she and her husband shared awesome memories, and her husband really love her he even dedicated a book for her.

I love this Love story but "Fate" has caught it short. Mona's condition made the story so interesting! I love it and love to read the book.

Based on the review, I feel that the author has many purposes in writing this book: tribute to his wife, challenges one's comfort zone and other beliefs.
