This wonderful review has drawn me in, so much so, that I feel I must read this book. Grief can be a very personal, guarded experience, yet the author is brave enough to share her memoirs with the world.

This is an amazing memoir book that i will enjoy reading. I’ll love to know how Meg overcame her grief and loss. The loss of one’s parent, especially the one that is a pillar of strength, can be very devastating. Thank you for the review

'Official Review: Butterfly Awakens' by Meg Nocero is potent and saturated with thought. It is a sound introduction to the author's story of transformation for avid readers. The point that the readers learn about the awakening that occurs in the book and the author's original message is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book contains a lot of amazing poems and enlightening songs which helped the author in her journey of transformation, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. Nice to learn that the book is a very interesting and educative read!

I also appreciated Oprah Winfrey's opening quote. Apart from expressing the grief and pain of losing a hurt one, i do hope the author threw more light on how to become the person we were intended to be. Great Review!

Thank you for the detailed review. This sounds like a very inspiring but heartbreaking read. It would come in handy for those who have lost loved ones to horrible diseases like cancer.

The love of a mother especially after being so close and intimate is so strong to let go... Seeing her succumb to cancer and finally death
...it's a wound that tears the soul so deep and I really empathise with Meg.. at the same time I feel proud of her as she gains the courage to transform and work on her grief. Her story is such an inspiration to anyone going through grief or similar hard times in life.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to be with Nocero’s journey of transformation and know her struggles as she goes through the experience of grief and freedom. I appreciate sharing her story because readers like me love true stories for the learning to be had.

The author of today's BOTD takes readers on her journey of transformation and growth, while coping with the loss of her mother. I, too, lost my mother to cancer (3 yrs. ago). Needless to say, life isn't the same as it used to be when she was here. I miss her so much every single day. 😥💔 I think this memoir will be good a good book for me to read. Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I really appreciate it. :-)

This is a transformation story presented in three parts: the duel, transformation, and freedom. The loss of a loved one is a painful event, and it certainly requires being surrounded by the right people to cope with it. This book seems to be a poignant memoir.

Thanks for your review. Losing a loved one is always a painful experience, but I'm glad that Meg has been able to overcome her mother's death.

It sounds quite practical, the content of the review really does! I once suffered the loss of a loved one,a brother. I can identify with the author's bitter situation. I just might have a read of the book,if I could have the courage to bear the nostalgia. It is a simple review. I love it.

I'm pretty sure that many other readers who had a loved one suffer and lose to cancer would really relate to the feelings of the author. I hope that they, too, have undergone a powerful transformation as a result of their grief. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!
