I hope that I never have to find out about living without my husband. I am glad that she felt the comfort that God can give and that she could find support groups that could elf her.

Wow, what a beautiful tribute to a wife's unwavering love for her husband. I hope the author's coping mechanisms can help other people deal with the same kind of loss. I appreciate the thorough examination.

It's not easy for one to lose their better half. Most people do not recover from the loss. I'm glad the love between the couple was so strong that the wife immortalized it in this wholesome book. I look forward to reading the book. Congratulations on BOTD.

Great review. I truly cannot imagine anything more horrifying than losing a losed one. I shed a few tears reading about Steve's demise and death. Jan showed great courage and strength in picking up the pieces, and is a wonderful example to others. It took deep courage and having finally dealt with her grief to be able to put her story to paper. I like that the author and her husband were so family-oriented and kept close to their girls. Kudos to the author for sharing her life's story with us and for making it to today's BOTD.

I get this satisfaction knowing that Jan enjoyed a handful of moment with Steve before he died. Good memories are what we should all inspire to leave behind.

This seems like a very emotional story. Good to know that author told such a beautiful story about her husband and family. But losing someone so close is too hard for me to read about. Great review!

This book seems to be intriguing. It's often said not to judge a book by it's cover . But I feel this book will be interesting both in and out. Nice review.

This book is a prime example to explain why I prefer to read Fiction. Happiness and tragedy, tears and smiles, memoirs consist of all those little bits that fill our life story and made it a true marvel worth to be lived. No offense, but it's no different than any other marriage and I am not interested in a stranger's personal experiences.
