This review got me curious. About why a leader should listen to a voice other than their own. I mean how do we know that is a good or bad voice. Is this book more like a spiritual guide? Your review sounds like this would be a wonderful guide for anyone in a leadership position in our world today. There can be no doubt that God is the perfect one to offer advice and guidance for leadership skills although the author does include quotes from other prominent people as well. A book that uses biblical stories to interpret and derive meaning from real life events sounds interesting. As someone who is admittedly averse to sudden and rapid change, it definitely sounds worthwhile to pick up and read. While I'm not religious, I do live in a deeply religious neighborhood, so it should be intruiging to read about the author's perspective.
