We live in such a stressful and overwhelming society now, that many of us don’t realise the impact it is having on our minds and bodies. However, there are lots of small things we can do to change / manage the impact. From simple acts of kindness to one another to what we eat.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book designed to help the reader promote a healthy lifestyle. The book does require that the reader take time to self reflect on what they learned by answering some questions. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

The book is very well written, and I'm certain that many will benefit from the guidance offered. This isn't my type of book, so I'll take a pass. Nevertheless, I'd like to congratulate the author on her achievement.

There's a lot to learn from today's book. Society beloved that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is no longer enough, but we may need to slow things down so we don't burn out. We learn about the impact of exercising, proper diet, etc in our lives.

This is a nonfiction book where the author talks about how to achieve wellness by using healthy lifestyle choices such as exercise, a good diet, prayer, meditation, etc. I love how the author offers suggestions on how to improve one overall health. This is a book I will love to read. I'm glad you enjoyed reading the book. Nice review

I love this books cover and I like the idea of being uplifted. And feeling more joyful and peaceful whilst having more vitality is always good. I'm not interested in the religious angle so won't be reading this myself. Congratulations on the great review :tiphat:

I'm curious about the characters development in this non fiction book. And the friendly writing style is a good point in self-help book. I'm not sure about the Christian references, tho. But the sugesstions and motivations to improve our life are surely be helpful for anyone who need it. Great review!
