Keys to healthy communication
This book is drawn out, the print is too small to read. Speaks about having adequate sleep towards a healthy communication
Not a fan of this type of self help book. The intro is too long and the content is trivial.

The lack of communication in every aspect of our lives is apparent today. I’m glad that the book promotes the opportunity to develop healthy communication.

Communication is more important than ever. with modern technology on the rise, it is easier than ever to forget to stay in touch with people and express your feelings properly. A book like this is one everyone should read at some point or another!

Social media has made exchanging messages so much easier, but can we call that healthy communication? It is quite a paradox. The book is free and its topic really important for our health. I should read it. These doctors must be heeded.

'Official Review: Keys to Healthy Communication: Authenticity, Empathy, and Empowerment' by Bobby R. Palton, Rosalyn H. Andrews, and Jennifer Page Daily is a healthy dose of reading content for readers. It well explores the important features of the book for keen readers. The point that the book educates people on the importance of communication in our everyday life is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book focuses on many important topics like empathy, self-disclosure, trust, empowerment, and societal roles, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that barriers to healthy communication were identified and treated extensively with real-life examples in the book!

What an important book! I agree social media has contributed to our inability to communicate with each other. It’s great that these authors, with PhDs, got together to write a book about got to properly communicate with each other. What’s even better is that they wrote in a way where anyone can read and understand its content. I’m glad that there are comprehensive resources like this out there. Thank you for sharing!

This is a very informative book on an important topic. However, despite the language being relatable, I found this quite a hard read.

Communication is the key to all understanding. I can admit that I do not have the best communication skills because I am an introvert and lack confidence in my speech. I'm going to give this book and read it to see what I can learn.
