Thank you for your review. I don't understand golf either, so I might not be able to understand all of the terms. From the sample, I did find some of it humorous, but at some of the stories I just shook my head and couldn't believe that adults would actually do those things. I guess they did have a good time though. I believe the sample was enough for me, but I'm sure many others will understand the golf terms and have the same kind of sense of humor.

The humorous stories in the book could serve as inspiration for future comedic works related to golf. Stand-up routines, comedy sketches, or even a humorous instructional golf video could all be derived from the anecdotes within.

It looks like a funny book centering around golf and the people playing it, however I think I will skip the book as I don't really know the basic golf terms and will probably not understand several of the jokes made. Thank you for your review!

It seems to be an interesting story of a group of hockey players that decided to play golf, so I’m looking forward to digging this book to read the events that occur during the traditional sojourn to Montana. This will be enjoyed by golfers who can relate to the stories.

I played golf once, and ended up in the ER. There might be a funny story in here for me. I understand how people outside the golfing world may not know some of the terminology, perhaps if the author had added a glossary of terms it would help every reader.

Although this looks like a fun book, I'm one of those people who could never understand the attraction of golf. So, I'm certainly not in the right demographic for this book. Nevertheless, I'd like to congratulate the author for being awarded BOTD.
