Thank you for the excellent review of the inspirational book for leaders called: "Be the Weight Behind the Spear" by Josh McConkey.
It must be an exceptional story to have garnered such high praise. Recommending this book to leaders, teachers, coaches, etc., it certainly sounds like it could inspire parents also because everyone wants our leaders to be great in the future. I like how you mentioned that the author could be a good President because of his past experience and because of his story. Thank you.

I believe informing readers is better than entertaining them, when discussing issues that can impact us all. Everyone need someone of morals and substance to look up to or aspire to be because that make the best future leaders and gamechangers. I cannot wait to get this book.

"Be the Weight Behind the Spear" by Josh McConkey is an enlightening piece on leadership and teamwork. McConkey is an expert in stitching real life examples to great advice, making complicated topics easy and fun. Perhaps most refreshing and empowering is his respect for supporting roles in the name of collective achievement. The book seeks to break the mould of traditional leadership, suggesting leaders should try a new paradigm; one that is more inclusive and collaborative. McConkey breaks down the role of customer identity, explores both archival and transactional data resources options as well as outlines what to do next — all with clear writing (no jargon! At the end of it all is one very worthwhile tool on leadership and making your team stronger.
