This is the kind of book I would get 5 years from now when I'm in that position of business leadership. As of right now, I'm going to pass because this book is better suited for those in higher management. I will congratulate the author for receiving the BOTD honor.

I think this is the first time I'd be coming across a book exclusively for the older folks, especially those in the business world. I applause the author for making it to BOTD with this book!

“Scale at Speed” by Felix Velarde is a book about long-term goal setting theory that is called the 2Y3X program that aligns goals with tactical changes and supports implementation over strategy. Included are several business planning tools that help navigate business management and achieve long-term success. Velarde explains the need for strategic hiring, continuous training, actionable plans and solid people management. This is an excellent book for entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and managers throughout the organization. I look forward to reading the entire book.

This book will be a great fit for enterprises and organisations seeking growth and ways to improve. SWOT analysis plays an important role to help with this, so it's great that the author included and explained it in the book. However, I don't read nonfiction, so I'll pass on this book.

Interesting concept, but I am afraid a totally useless strategy for my type of business. It might hardly be considered important for someone, since it is small, but it is based on professionals doing highest quality work. The customer either understands this or not, there is nothing else you can do. The definition of honest business, in my opinion))
