Specially For Readers This book Review will help many it’s easy to read, the prose is non-verbose, the book is not too long. I can see parents and teachers reading and using its advise. This Book will be beneficial for everyone, not just those just starting out. We all need help on time . The topics that are covered are also relatively new to all of us. Thank you

Thank you for your informative review. I'm glad that he did step-by-step instructions for it and the difference between shyness and social anxiety. I wish they taught more of this even in high school. Things have changed so much since I graduated and I know it is tough out there anymore. I hope those starting out and still in the workplace or in the social spotlight a lot will learn a lot from it.

Although I'm not not one that reads self-help books, I do think young adults, or even seniors in high school could benefit from this. It is easy to be consumed by digital interactions and hard to manage the consequences of those - stress, anxiety, etc.

In the age of the internet and technology, one might assume that everyone is well-versed in adhering to professional ethics. However, it’s startling to realize that while social media is abuzz with these discussions, they often don’t translate into professional etiquette. I appreciate that the author chose to tackle this issue, among other important topics. The book also explores social anxiety, distinguishing it from shyness, and I’m eager to gain more insight from the author’s perspective. Thanks for the review. Congratulations to the author on BOTD.

We can probably blame technology for causing so much real-time social awkwardness so I feel this book is timely and very helpful for young adults, especially those leaving school and entering the work force.
