I appreciate how the review broke down the book into more detail. There are so many self-help books out there that basically have the same message, so it is critical to have more information when choosing one to read. This sounds like an interesting read!

The title is indeed humorous. I like how the author takes a seemingly different route in terms of finding happiness and success. While positive thinking is important, its not the end all. Unlike what most new age gurus say, factors like hard work and dedication are important too. The universe just doesn't deliver your desires, you have to actively participate in their acquisition. I believe this book will be of help for those seeking guidance. For me right now, I mostly recommend it rather than read it.Great review.

Hum… Informative review, but maybe a bit too much and I'm not sure I like the concept of this self-help book for me; therefore, I pass for now! Best wishes to the author on the #BOTD 💩

Once again genre I don't like. Never read self-help books and never will. So, sorry, but this I must pass.

I love that this is a no-nonsense sort of book. I’m glad that the author is not afraid to tell people to actually do some work. We often think we can use the “think method” and get away with it.

Not really a fan of self-help books and although this book's approach to life seems helpful, to actually work for the things you want. I can't say that this is the only self-help book that uses that approach. But this book does seem well-organized. And great job on your review!

The title definitely caught my attention. I'm not the biggest fan of self-help but considering this book is not oddly fluffy and overly positive, it doesn't seem so bad. Now it's on to the sample. Thanks for the thorough, well-written review :)

I think I'm kind of done with this kind of stuff(Like it or not, I no longer believe that my life is really in my own hands) but if this motivates anyone, especially guys, who are not likely to pick up a more typical motivation book, I think that's a good thing.

Review for "If your life stinks get your head out of your buts"

I have tried reading self help books in the past and just got bored and stopped reading them. But Mark is a in your face kind of guy and doesn't sugat coat anything. He is not rude in his writing attitude but he is very straight forward and to the point. I think I may actually enjoy reading his entire book and put my "yeah buts" out of my vocabulary. :techie-reference: :D

When I first started reading the review, I was thinking, "This book isn't for me. I'm so tired of self-help books." However, as I read along I realized this book sounds like it has practical (and tough) lessons and advice. Adding in some real-life examples makes it easier to apply. I look forward to reading this book.

I guess I am still crawling according to the author's classification. :) Just joking. I thought I should keep up with the spirit of the book. I loved your review, but the sample did not convince me to read the book. I simply found the same old ideas in any motivational book and the author's tone is a bit aggressive for my taste.

This sounds like an amazing self help novel fusing the importance of positive thoughts, encouragement and actions. It seems like the author did a great job in providing tips and information about how to make one's life better.

An awesome book, I can say. The author is a no non-sense person as well. The book starts at a high note and I guess this is the way it is all the way. The facts expressed in the book are true. Thanks for the review. It has brought out the book summary quite elaborately.
