It seems like this book provides quite an in-depth knowledge and answers a lot of questions about dental care. Any health related book is bound to pique my interest, and this is no exception.

As someone who's had their fair share of dental procedures, and hasn't always had the underlying problem satisfactorily explained to them, I think I would benefit a lot from reading this book. I appreciate the thoroughness of MsTri's review, in particular the fact that they included examples of the kind of dental topics covered in the book.

I have never personally had any issues with dental hygiene or issues with my teeth. Yet, it may be, as you said, “food for thought” so I might give this one a go. Great review, by the way. :o

This is a unique book way of alleviating patients' fears and concerns. It will be beneficial to dentist-patient relationships and can ultimately enhance the entire outcome of appointments.

I love handy books because usually, the knowledge they impart is practical, based on facts, and bound to be helpful when you least expect it. Sound like a book worth having. Thanks for the great review

I truly appreciate having a dental hygienist explain the difference between plague and tartar. I have always been confused by this. I will definitely read this book. Great review.

This book is not something I would consider waste my time on. Don't get me wrong, I agree info is mean useful, but so are posters at dental cabinet. Anyway, congratulation with BOTD!

Thanks for your detailed review ,i consider that this book is very informative and helpful .unfortunately many people dont visit dentist and they develop high hygiene problems .This book will help parents to explain to their children the importance of oral hygiene and in addition it is a guide for adults to learn more about our teeth .As far i undertsood from your review , it will help also people who are afraid of dentist. Moreover, i liked that there is a kind of dialect ,glossary with explanations, i am curious to learn more .Definately ,i am going to read it .I liked also the cover .It seems simple and catchy.

A book of questions and answers about dental hygiene is an excellent idea, many of them are questions that people usually ask, it looks very interesting and as expressed in the official review is recommended for people who consider dentistry as a profession, to the Patients who are afraid of visits to dentists or their parents in case of young children.

Dentistry or dental hygiene! I really don't know where to start thinking of upon reading this book. Too bad for the many errors that have robbed a star in the ratings.

Thanks for the informative review concerning this book. I have never been to a dentist and so one would think that I'd want to check this book out. But honestly, it's not one that I'm interested in delving into. I've heard quite a few horror stories from family concerning visits and issues they have with their teeth from dentist visits so while this book sounds informative I will be passing on reading it.

I’m not a dentist and I don’t know any patients suffering from dental health problems, but this book seems like something that could benefit me. So, I’m interested in reading it. Nice review.

This book isn't really everyone's cup of tea. As an author, I feel like you should cater to everyone and try to add something everyone can enjoy. In the beginning of the book it is very apparent of what your religion is, and some people may feel like you're forcing that upon them because you incorporate it in every page with a Bible verse of some sort. Also, I felt that the table of contents lacked organization. Everything should flow, you should go from one topic to the next and those topics should connect, and the transitions should be easy. I felt like the table of contents was just all over the place.
