Self-help book invaluable to lot of persons. I'm not much of a fan of books of this category. But it didn't appear to be written in a preaching manner and learning to take care of minor details is really important. So I might give it a try.

I think this is a book for me. Starting out in a family business with a vision to grow it, needs me to have more than just motivation. I am looking forward to learning from Wes Berry. Great review. Very informative.

Sounds like this is a great little guide that can help business owners find success. I'm not a huge reader of non-fiction, nor do I own a business, so I'll pass on this one, but based on your review, this book does seem like it could be very enlightening and eye-opening.

I agree wholeheartedly with this review. Specifically, the following was significant to others wanting a take-away from this review.

"Berry’s conversational writing style makes the readers feel like they are listening to advice from a friend who wants the best for them. His guidance is for individuals who acknowledge that success is the result of creative thinking, attention to detail, listening skills, hard work, and grit. His advice is not for persons who want shortcuts to success or those who like giving excuses. He focuses on the process rather than on the end game. "

The conversational writing style was difficult for me at first as it was almost too informal. However, the content is still great and the points easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Mr. Berry’s advice to take care of the little things and the big things will take care of themselves could aptly be applied to many aspects of life. Nice review.

This is an intriguing story of how a business expert turned his family’s flower business into a multi-million-dollar company. Berry said, “I’m here to tell you that, when you take care of the little stuff, the big stuff has a real nice way of taking care of itself.”
This seems like a product of paradigm shift in business success approach.

I am ready to explore the measures that the author took in the flower business to make it a multi million company. Little things indeed gather to become big or great. Also, the tips that someone who wants to achieve his ambitions should take should be insighting to follow.

Big things have small by Wes Berry.
The book is a perfect ideology for someone seeking a goal in their life. The books opens with the basic introduction of how people ignore the minute details in their lives and chase big goals. The author tells us how people successful people focus on details whereas others just focus on what is seen to the eye. He further explains the terms ambition, timing, and balance in life. He demonstrates all this beautifully and logically. He goes on with the purpose for which he started writing the book at first and at last he accomplish what every writer hopes for, he gets the attention of his readers and they are forced to think about the various aspects of the book when they are near to its end.
