I think there should be more of this type of healing to compliment Western medicine. I think meditation can be very useful. Great review!

The author has successfully written a book that would be truly enjoyable to readers who appreciate in depth discussions around how body, mind, spirit, and energy are interconnected. The book also discusses yoga and meditation and how they can actually help you overcome medical issues.

Spirituality for REAL shows the reader how the mind, body, energy, and spirit are all connected. It includes meditation execises for the beginner and for those experienced in meditation. Congratulations to the author for writing such a helpful book and for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent and honest review.

I have implemented meditation in my lifestyle for several years and it has helped me a lot in finding my balance. I would like to know more about WakunDaMa's methods. Thank you for the wonderful recommendation!

While I do like meditation, I must say that I also think it might be strange and uncomfortable to just sit somewhere and cry for sake of meditation. Great review.

This practical guide takes the reader on a spiritual journey beyond the norm. The book starts from the known practices into less known ones. This is a nice self help book.

I don't think this book is for me. I also don't like the idea of "crying meditation". I'm glad you enjoyed it. I like the wise and user-friendly tone of the author in writing this book. Thanks for an interesting review

“WakunDaMa has come to believe illness and mortality are invitations to expand our experience of spirituality.”

This is so true. I'd like to start reading this book immediately. So much to learn.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I can see how making a sound can keep your mind focused on the meditation rather than thinking about what’s for supper or what you have to do at work tomorrow. Personally I find it hard to just switch off, so this might help...

Resding through your review i might consider giving this book a chance on my reading list. This seems a nice book about spirituality. That part which says "look at the tangible aspects of human life" got me.
Thank you for an amazing review.
