It is astonishing the author's story is told in so few pages. I like inspiring stories like this one, especially those about people who have overcome difficulties. Recovering after being in a coma for two months as a child is amazing.

I'm glad the author was able to make something good out of a tough situation, using his personal tragedy to inspire and encourage others.

But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead...The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

For those who enjoy memoirs, especially those dealing with adversity due to injuries, this sounds like an excellent book to pick up.

This book is very intriguing especially when the author shows that he's more than a person and his spirit stayed strong despite something traumatic in his life.

Some people have to work hard at navigating their way through life. It is sometimes easier with the help of family, friends, and God. I am happy the writer was able to find faith and hope despite his challenges. This book is inspirational, and I hope it will help others with similar issues. Thanks for an inciteful review.

It sounds inspiring, and the fact that George doesn't give Up easily, in spite of his disability, is something we need to aim at as society. Your review is great, very thorough! Thank you!

I enjoy books that inspire hope, just like this one. The moral of the story touched a nerve in me. I'll try it out.

Thanks for the review, this story sounds truly inspiring! It's always uplifting to read about how a person didn't give up despite their struggles even if it takes a long time to adjust to them. At first, we feel hopeless in thinking that we'll never go back to the "normal" life we used to have, but as long as we keep trying, there will be a chance to overcome it and succeed!

This story is so inspiring. The author must have gone through so much. First-person narratives also feel more personal. I think that combined with the author's personal experience will be engaging. Thanks for your wonderful review.

Disability and the stigma surrounding it still affects a lot of victims and when such authors arise and talk about it, they enourage other people to do the same. Thanks for the review.

The Hearts U Give Lift Our Voices Eternally: THUG LOVE by Gregory Hebert is a non-fiction book, though there are few non-fictions which involve readers, I think this one will do justice to readers. Hoping for the best, and congrats on #BOTD.
