This definitely sounds like a good r ad for those interested in the topic. While, this isn't something I would be interested in reading, I do feel that this would be something that some friends would love to check out.
Mad Hatter: "Have I gone mad?"
Alice: "I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.”

Thankyou for this review. I read the sample and was intrigued, now after reading your review I may look further into this book. It appears to give a more personal touch as you mentioned which many self help books fail to achieve.

Since the book only has about seventy pages, I am certain many potential readers may be attracted to purchase the title and read it. The three components thoughts, feelings, and actions are not new to me, so I kind of already know what the author is talking about. Congratulations!

'Official Review: The Process of Living' by Bill DeBarba is a good synopsis of the book about improving the quality of human life! The point that the book explains how to translate thought processes into pictorial views to enhance feelings is worth mentioning in the review! Also, the point that the author included workable action plans of consciously living by the threefold principle to improve our lives is remarkable for readers in the review! It was great to learn that the book is very educative! The ending of the review is positive and optimistic!

There is indeed a process of living and I agree that our actions are often a function of our thought patterns. Thanks for a well laid review.

Insightful review. However, I am finding myself quite burned out by the plethora of self help books hitting the shelves at this time. And since this one is based on philosophy, I do believe I'll take a pass with this one. Thank you for being so informative.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book about how to improve one's quality of life through a method called "The Process." This "process" consists of three components: Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

This self-help book offers way on how to improve one’s quality of life. What makes a great quality of life is defined by the interaction of the three three main components: thoughts, feelings, and action. I’m not interested in this kind of self-help book, so I’m going to skip.
