I facilitate a GriefShare group so will be interested in reading this book. There is always something to gain from a book regarding grief and something I might share with my group.

Grieving is a part of life. Meg Nocero shares with us that family, friends and strong support from others are very crucial in one's grieving process. Thanks for your review.

I can relate to Meg so well. As a kid, I did not think I was that pretty, but I have grown to love myself more than ever before. I can't wait to read her story. Thanks for the wonderful review! :tiphat:

A very insightful review of a memoir that shares the pain of loss, as well as how people overcome it. I find reading memoirs of this type extremely difficult. The pain is unimaginable, but we must learn to live with it. Perhaps this book can help.

This self-help book sounds like an inspirational way to overcome the loss of people who we care about the most. I am curious to see if this is applicable about losing someone who is still alive as well. Enlightening review.

This book is basically about the author's experience and transformation from a bad side to a good one. I love reading memoires, and I would definitely love to read this one. She lost her mother, I'd love to know how she coped with it. Thanks for your review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting memoir following Meg Nocero, who fought to be where she is today and become a Federal Immigration Prosecutor. When her mother is diagnosed with cancer and later passes away, Meg is overcome with grief but looks for ways to heal that grief. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

A memoir book from the author's experiences, Meg Nocero, tells about how to overcome her grief and struggles to be a better person. Being bullied in her young age, losing her mother, someone she loved the most. It's so devastating. The book is very touched and good motivation the readers who have deep grief. The review is excellent too. Great book.
