I never thought this book is a real estate memoir just by its title. I like the humourous tone of the author for her neatly written book. I like the character of Missy Ann, I also love yellow, she is relatable to me. And I want to know how Nico handles her marriage and her challenging job. When I have a chance, I'll review this book soon! Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

That is a good review and I think this book is an interesting book to read later.

It is interesting to know how the real estate industry works so I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to be enlightened about the industry as I read Nico’s journey in life: her marriage and other relationships and roles in the community.

I read a good chunk of the book, but as the Reviewer states, there are a lot of errors. I don't typically read memoirs, but this one is rather funny. However, the errors take away from the enjoyment, so, for the moment, I'll take a pass. Hopefully, the author will professionally edit the book because I think it would make for a good read.

It must have been difficult having a miscarriage and a divorce at the same time. Nico definitely had a rough year in 1982. I hope she got to find solace and happiness.

This non-fiction book includes stories lived by the author and her fellow agents in the 80s and '90s in the real estate business. I find it appealing that the narrative is descriptive with frequent touches of humor. It sounds attractive to those in the real estate business.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting compilation of personal experiences of the author and her fellow agents running/working in the mortgage business that they gained during the 1980s and 1990s. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Love, sex, murders, and an alligator...I mean does it get more interesting than that?! Nico grabs your attention immediately in the prologue of her memoir and I can tell if I end up reading this book it would continue to hold it. I was able to sympathize with her in the few chapters of the sample I read and though I do not know much about real estate, it seems like a worthy read if not just to discover how she overcame her many obstacles to become such a success! Congratulations on BOTD!

This book is for those who see themselves in a real estate industry. Friendship is also a key part of the plot. Thanks for the review.

I admire how she managed to rise up from her world that was shattered into pieces by numerous setbacks occurring simultaneously to her. It is inspiring knowing this is a true life story.
