This book will be an excellent read for people in leadership positions, eg: supervisors, company owners etc. There is a huge difference between being a leader and being a boss and very few people realise this. I believe this book clarifies that being a leader has more benefits in the end then being a boss. Thanks for an insightful review.

The topic on how a leader in an organization leads in a disorder time is intriguing. As well as the necessity of change in organizational level by a leader can also be viewed in an individual life as individual himself leads his life and how much change he should bring in his life for him to make progress really motivated me.

This book is wonderful, if leaders could get thier hand on this book it would bring change to thier industry,
ranging from different biblical example. If they would follow the steps of the biblical example we would be living peaceful.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. It sounds like it could help many people to increase their knowledge of leadership. As I'm retired, I don't believe this is a book for me, but I'm sure many will find it helpful.

Fantastic nonfiction book that discusses the leadership position and how an authoritative figure or leader can take control of their organization amid a chaotic period. Additionally, the author draws leadership lessons from biblical accounts. The author has a distinctive writing style. Congrats on botd!

I enjoy non-fiction books that inspire and motivate one to be a better person and a great leader. I have to agree with the author that when you are a leader, you have to listen to Gods voice within and also learn from leaders who were before you. I think that this book is a great read for me. I look forward to reading it. Thanks for the great review.

The title fails to give us a clue this bookbis about leadership. Tbf I agree 100% that leaders should listen and shouldn't decide on their own.
