This book features lists of questions for readers to ask themselves. These questions aid in a type of self-diagnosis that will be helpful.
I find this so helpful. It's always hard for me to follow any type of guided questions but the truth is one you manage you get to know yourself better.

"Uplifted" by Susan Jones is a book I will love to read. Living a healthy lifestyle is also a reflection of our inner self. We don't need to rush and forget to pay attention to our health. Our health is very important. Congratulations to this botd and a satisfactory review.

anotherbook wrote: 04 Dec 2022, 08:22 While the exterior of the book sparked some interest, the review really drew me in. There are millions of books to guide you to self-improvement, but I am intrigued by the way the reviewer describes the authors presentation and mention of character development. We can all use a little centering, I will definitely put this on my list.
I agree with you. The reviewer did a very nice job.

I like the stress management part of this book. However, Dr. Jones should have been more clear what her book was about particularly.

This book offers a practical plan for daily living to promote healthier habits and a more positive mindset. It is filled with nuggets of wisdom and intriguing quotes that begin each chapter. My favorite quote was "A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees." -Amelia Earhart
The book review is quite thorough and explains how the content could be helpful for all.

I am not a fan of non-fiction or self-help books, however, this book does seem like it would be a very beneficial read to those who are. I do like the topics covered in this book and hopes that anyone who is in need and reads this book finds it very helpful to their life and journey.
