The review gave me hope that somewhere in the book there was something positive. The sample was so dark it left me not wanting to read any more. However the review said the last half told the more positive parts of the author's life.

It's not enough. In spite of the positive review and the compliments of the editing, I can't take all the negatives. The sample left me cold. Sorry.

The author's story is very relatable. I wonder how he survived college though.

Being honest about your experiences encourages readers to read your story. The author did just this in this instance. I would adore reading this book.

I'm first drawn to the beautiful scenery of the sky on the book cover. As the author has realized in his life, we will all go through tough and dark times, but as long as a new day comes, we are allowed an opportunity to fix what went wrong. I cannot wait to read this book.

I think Dan's aim in writing this book is to share his experiences about life so that people can learn from it. We must not learn by experience, we can learn from other people's mistakes. Nice review. Congrats on BOTD.

The concept of telling a story from two different perspectives (positive and negative) sounds intriguing, and it seems like the author has executed this very well. Congrats on BOTD.

This sounds like an interesting approach to telling one’s story and to conveying the author’s message. It’s true that how we look at life has a huge affect on how our lives turn out (although there are some things that are just out of our control, no matter how positively we try to view them). Thank you for the helpful review.

The more that you learn,
The more places you'll go.

If the book has the right balance of dark and light, I'm up for it. Congratulations on being listed as Book Of The Day.

Sunshine among the Clouds is a beautiful book which is simply written, but profound. It speaks of both the positives and negatives of the writer's life. Thank you for your wonderful review.
