My takeaway from books written like this is that their purpose isn't to change one's belief but rather to give insight into other people's minds and how they perceive information. I agree that some of the things surrounding Jesus' life have some people wondering such as whether or not he was really born from a virgin and how. So it's good when authors like Patrick B. It clearly stated the life of Jesus and how each disciple and women played it's time in order for the crucifixion to come true. Everything is in play as stated in the bible within the book giving clarification of the women's role not as s secondary individuals but as major players or partners in the life of life.
