I'm particularly attracted to this book based on the fact that Margaret has written from her own experience working with CEOs and leaders of organisations, hence authenticating her advice. Thank you for the wonderful review.

I am quite confused by the concept of this book, because mingling together culture and business strategy sounds very strange to my ears. But then again, it is probably so, due to my lack of expertise in the current field, I don't know much about business and maybe I should learn. Congratulations on BOTD!

This is excellent material. Although I'm no longer in the business world, I would have eagerly devoured a book like this back in the day.
