A spiritual book that explores spirituality outside religion sounds interesting. Lately, I have been researching ways to get more attuned to workings of my inner mind, so I believe I will benefit from reading the book. Thanks for the detailed review.

Seems a bit...different that he used visualization meditations to recover from the flu faster. This sounds great for those who want to know how the body, mind, and spirit are connected. Wonderful review.

Thank you for an insightful review! I have been interested in meditation but have never started practicing it. It would be nice to read more about it and decide from there.

Thank you for the review. You wrote: "WakunDaMa has come to believe illness and mortality are invitations to expand our experience of spirituality." In fact, the experience can change a man's view. While the author is entitled to his opinion, I do not believe illness and mortality have anything to do with true spirituality. True spirituality has to do with knowing God in His entirety. This is my opinion on true spirituality.

Really nice to discover an alternative means of healing. Need and necessity is really the mother of invention. I like the way the author goes about the connection of the mind, spirit, soul, and body. Thanks for this review.

Dimistifying spirituality is not an easy task. People are born with their own beliefs and its difficult to change such beliefs. Matters of spirituality can be suggested to a person but can never be imposed. Because matters of spirituality cannot be scientifically proven, believing in them is a personal decision. Thanks for the review.

Many practices can support this energy and release blockages that cause illness. If you’ve had acupuncture, you’ve experienced an energetic modality for clearing energy pathways. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the enlightening review. The book's soothing and uplifting tone caught my attention. However, these kind of books do not generally appeal to me. Hence I would have to pass this one.

I'm rather skeptical when it comes to meditation or yoga practice, but this book seems to approach spirituality from a much more humanistic perspective. I liked the focus on the practical side and the reader-friendly tone of the author. Thanks for a great review!
