This book is basically about how someone worked their way up in a business and became the CEO of the business. A CEO has to keep run the business as well keep people safe at the same time.

It sounds like this book would be great for anyone from an entry-level position all the way up to CEOs! I really find it intriguing that David chose to publish mistakes he learned along the way to help both new and old managers avoid them! Great review on what sounds like a very interesting book!

I loved how refreshing your review was. The fact that the author shares with us the knowledge he gained as an ex-military officer, CEO of MAXIMUS, and co-owner of QuaverMusic makes the book a must read for anyone interested in any management positions. Thankyou for the insight on the book .

I have read many books on management and growing my business strategies, none was quite satisfactory. I'm not insatiable though, but I will give this one a try. David seems to have done a unique job.

Inside the Mind of a Successful CEO is a Well Written Book which tells the story of David V. Mastran as a freelance entrepreneur, and how his goal is to grow his business to the point where he'd have many people working with him. There were many other insightful, motivational sharing which every managers would need.

He laid the right foundation on which he built his thoughts. He went back to the basics, history, development of management. This book would assist many managers with their decision-making. A well written hand book.

Thanks to the Author

I’m not really in the business world, but this sounds like an excellent, experienced author who can help many take off and achieve their goals.

This is so not me, that I don't even understand what it means to be entrepreneur, freelance or any other. Sorry, but this book is at once too complicated and absolutely nonuse to me. No surprise I have to skip it. Anyway congratulations with BOTD!

This book delves into the different ways of managing various companies and people, showing us that each type of business requires different techniques. The main objective, is, of course, how you deal with people, how they respond, and what will actually bring the desired results.

Leaders and managers will benefit form this book as it seemed to provide an insightful stuff for a successful handling of not only the business but most importantly, of employees. I hope the employees are given much importance and care here because without them the success of the business will not be possible. A lot of companies take for granted the contribution of employees, thinking they are paid and as such should not get anything beyond their salary. I am not thinking only in monetary terms. I am looking forward to digging into this book if this book meets my expectation.
