A very clear and interesting review. 4 out of 4 for the review. I enjoyed the sample and the review raised several interesting questions without giving the answers. No spoilers. A reader needs to read the book to find the answers. As someone who wants equality for all, I am interested in how and why it all went so wrong for the black people in the United States, despite the legislation set up to help them. A great historical account. Excellent choice for BOTD.

This sounds like a book I could read more than once. This subject is always difficult to approach due to people getting offended. This book, however, gives a vibe of education and respect. It sounds like several ages and personalities could benefit from this.

This book sounds incredibly fascinating! I'm a sociology major, so a book about how race has an impact on social outcomes is right up my alley. It is interesting to see how different demographics responded to different societal events such as Covid. Excellent job on this review!
