It is a prevalent issue in the society that old age connotes death and I'm really happy and hopeful that someone has another perspective on this topic and was willing to share. Thanks for a wonderful review.
Many books can inform you but there's only one that can transform you(The Holy Bible). Pls don't forget to drop a comment for this review. Thanks. :D :tiphat:

"Knowledge is power". This is book that educate of old aging, is a powerful book not the old only but also for the young. After reading this book, I can assist my grandmother with some acquired knowledge so she can grow old in self confidence. The book is very educating and encouraging. Good review.

Growing is one of my greatest fear because old age denies you the ability to do the things you love doing and was once able to do. Thanks to the author sf this book, it has actually opened my eyes yo the fact that u can be able to take charge of your life, if you start preparing early enough.

It is true that aging is inevitable and that it has been looked at from a very bad perspective often. I am glad the author seeks to show that aging does not have to sound like an ailment or the end of striving to attain some life goals. Thanks for the review.

Even though this book is targeting the older generation, I feel like it would be great for a 25-year-old, like myself, who wants to see how life would be at that age.

I really liked how you wrote examples from the book for each of your points, it really helps me get a better image of the book. Judging from your words this book will be quite nice to read but I'm a bit skeptical to touch it if it focuses more on the statistical side than the pointers.

I am glad that this book offers myriad useful tips and hacks for the older generation, but the abundance of statistical data seems daunting. I will pass this one. Thanks for the review!

This is an issue that most people should take heed of. Aging has a lot of problems and it is great that the author uses real-life examples. Thank you for a great review.

I have never really thought about how it will be when I grow old. This book raised my curiosity because it seems to want to help older people grow old gracefully. This book seems like it will be an interesting read so congratulations on BOTD.

Thank you for your review. I'm sure the suggestions would be helpful on many topics. I read the info on caregivers. It was very correct. Tidbits of information is always helpful as the world, especially technology changes so quickly.

This book really hits home. Being close to 70 puts me on the brink of old age. I agree with the author that "growing old does not have to be a death sentence" and that growing old could be a motivation for people to pursue their life goals. I have always believed one should respect their elders and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest and not focus on what they can leave to their heirs.

Very informative and helpful for the senior age population who might be feeling useless and irrelevant in this age. I always believe that getting old is a blessing especially this time that there are many diseases which are caused by modern day living. I agree with the review that too much data can make the book a little too tiring and boring. Indeed, this is a great book! Congrats Botd!

Indeed if we change the way we look at things, the things we look at will change. One benefit of history is that it will guide someone from making similar mistake made in the past. Things that are happening in the world today has occurred countless times which can only be predicted by those inclined in history. Congratulations on BOTD.

Getting old is not supposed to be scary. With a book like this, one can learn a thing or two about getting old and being in charge. I think this book would serve a wide range of readers.
