The review is thorough and well-written. I believe in the impact of the memory on our psychology. What we see, hear or even say to ourselves feeds within us either positive or negative feelings. The author's perspective in the book seems promising. Congrats on BOTD
Life is hard on its own so let's make it easier for each other if we could.

The author iterates that vows, promises made in response to traumatic experiences, can negatively or positively affect us. The book is aptly named, and the author points out that these vows lingering in our subconscious can curtail our growth. Fans of psychology and self-help books will enjoy the read.

From this great review ,the book seems to talk about how responses to traumatic experiences can affect our Future. It's so interesting that according to the anxiety and mental issues we experiences sometimes it's related to our past vows or responses to a certain traumatic experience . It's a great book for those trying to understand why they're experiencing mental issues or anxiety. It seems to give those answers
