Marceli Massana's story sounds truly inspiring. I, too, am very skeptical about the form of governance we have in most parts of the world today, as it seems we are moving farther away from the essence of limited governments. Consequently, I am adding the book to my shelf and hope to learn more about this person, who has not been widely known.
Many thanks for the review. :tiphat: :tiphat: :tiphat:

:) Swallows also fall by CR Armeny is an eye opener and a very interesting book that educates and teaches individuals the need for owning up to their responsibilities. It doesn't look like a fiction, it looks so real that i forgot i was reading a book, I thought it was a true life story, Great job.😊

Even though it is fascinating how the author fills in the gaps of Marceli's life, shedding light on a figure who is shrouded in mystery and propaganda, I am going to avoid picking the book because I am not interested in historical war at the moment. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the book!

Swallows Also Fall" by CR Armeny is about Marconi, a young boy who lost both his parents to the Spanish flu. He later grew up to be an antagonist of the oppressors. Great story and an interesting plot. Congrats on #BOTD!

It is wonderful to know that we have access to more stories written from a family perspective, such as that of Marcelino Massana's, to learn history from. It was a pleasant surprise to also know that this story is backed (or contradicted) by historical works. Thank you for your helpful review.

While fictionalized, the narrative is rooted in actual events of the Spanish Civil War. This historical context adds depth and makes the story resonate more powerfully, especially for readers interested in that period.

It is interesting to hear about a truth that lies under the mask of bad opinion in the history. Swallows Also Fall will help to know better about lesser -known info about Marcelino Massana because of the fact that the author relates to his family. Congratulations on the BOTD! Great review.

There are several in history like Marcelino Massana who fought for a right cause but were painted black because of how powerful the people they were fighting were. I like books that bring truths like this to life.
