The title of the book sounds like a self evaluation, to see whether or not one has accomplished one's objectives or dreams.

The review of the book tells us that the author did not only succeed in realising his dreams, but added story telling skills to them.

This is an encouragement and a lesson to all of us that the human mind is capable of incubating and hatching the eggs of our plans.

Am I a Man Yet? by Mark Butler is an autobiography precluding military with bravery. Naval experiences revealed with dignity, despite raw, brutal experience. A 4 out of 4 stars rating.

Character is what defines a man, the few in the narration could pose a challenge to those lacking. Awesome review.

This is not a book that I would typically select. Howeve, your review has me intrigued.
Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.
