I read self-help books from time to time and I think I'm gonna like this one which has short stories. I'm sure I'm gonna learn a lot. Perfect review.

I did enjoy chicken soup for the soul and I'm happy that this is as great as such. I am sure that I will enjoy this quite a lot. Thanks for this wonderful review.

I've always loved short bursts of wisdom in the style of chicken soup for the soul. The addition of little morals, like that of the soft breeze, is an added bonus here.

While I love the thought of a great book of encouraging stories, the thought of having to wade through significant amounts of grammatical issues makes me think that I will have to pass on this one.

I liked the story you gave of the author's wife gently helping him start a fire by fanning it, as an example that we all need someone to gently encourage us. Though there are editing errors, I like to read short positive and encouraging stories and will read this short book for the positive messages.

With so many lessons already learned, there is no need to repeat mistakes! All we have to do is actually take it in and decide to intentionally use the advice. Thankfully there are hundered of years written word like in this book. Love the author's way of thinking, I admit it takes me too long to get back to a positive mental state after a let down. His love of life is inspirational. With such a busy life the short stories fit right in to my schedule.

I added this book to my not interested in reading shelf, just not a fan of the errors. I like the short read and the not ready to do adulting haha. Once the errors are fixed I might give it a try.

In spite of the numerous errors, I would love to read this book. I think we all need a pick-me-up like this to motivate us and help us focus on the right things in life. Thank you for your review!

Good review. I love the part where you said that sometimes you just don't feel like "adulting". That was great. I liked the first 10 pages that I read, but that did not get me into the "meat" of the book. Thanks for the clarification. Again, thank you for the review!

I like that it’s a book of small stories. Since these are looks into the authors life I’m interested in reading this to see what he has learned on a day to day basis. I will add it to my books to read list.

In a world where there is so much to find disheartening it is nice to be able to be able to recommend a book to friend especially one that doesn't have much time to read, one that is uplifting and funny to boot. The few minette's I read had me chuckling and did turn around what was a negative morning instead into a positive afternoon well and a pleasure to pass on.

It seems like an insightful read. I think good writing in no way compensates for the sloppy editing. But it's only my opinion. I liked your review
