The author doesn't sugarcoat marriage. She lets us know that a successful relationship is the result of hard work. I also appreciate her emphasis on honoring your commitment freely made in your marriage vows and not following every whim of emotion. This sounds like a solid book with wise advice. I enjoyed your review and the wonderful recommendation.
