Expertise and personal experience in a subject tend to make for an interesting book, and it sounds like this book had a good blend of the two. The ten mains points after chapters sound like a really helpful and fantastic way to re-cap key takeaways so that people are able to remember the material better and are also able to refer back to the summarized points without having to re-read the entire chapter.
