Thank you for the detailed review. As a quiet child I was an easy target for bullies in school. As a quiet adult I am still a target, but adults are expected to stand up for themselves. I am happy that the author has included workplaces and cyberbullying.

Eventhough I don't read a lot of non-fiction, after reading your review , this book is going on my to-read list. Especially since its a short read. Thanks again.

This book is superb and easy to read. The author shows how bullying is present everywhere. It is in every aspect of our lives. Children and teenagers are the not the only ones that fall victim to bullying. People in small and large companies and law firms can be bullied too. The stories the author shared made me see bullying in a new light. It is truly a terrible thing. The book is a delightful read despite its sad content. I think everybody needs to read this book.

This is an educative book on combatting bullying and taking an active role against it. The review was particularly well-written and inspiring.

This does sound like a thorough discussion on a very sensitive subject. My niece (she's nine) has encountered someone at school who tries to get others to do things for her and to take the blame for things she does. Fortunately, 'we' raised her to stand her ground, speak up and never do something she doesn't want to do. I know this is at the 'minor' end of the bullying spectrum, but I do believe teaching confidence and transparency from an early age should be at the forefront of preventing bulling (generally speaking). Thanks for the review. I agree about omitted commas too!

A book about bullying, an act against human rights. It exposes that in institutions. Thanks for the review.

Even though the review mentions adult bullying, I just don't think this book is relevant to me at this point in my life, so I won't be reading it or passing it on.

It's great that so much is covered in less than 200 pages. Wow! From elementary-aged children to senior citizens, today's BOTD looks at the different types of bullying and teaches how to create a bully-free environment. It also touches on potential health and legal issues that may arise as a result. Sounds like a must-read! Thank you so much!

By using real-life examples, relatable content, and a relatively short format, this sounds like a great book to inform all folks (especially parents of those in school at a young age) about the important topic of bullying.

It's great that this covers bullying not only in school but also in the workplace and family from childhood to senior citizens. This should be read by parents especially. Thanks for your review!

I think it is about time that someone wrote about bullying of all ages. Children grow up to think it is okay and part of everyday normal life after they end their schooling experience. As an adult, we do not always know how to address bullies. The kids who got away with being bullies are usually ten times worse as adults. I have seen this continue in nursing homes with my grandparents. Bullying is a huge epidemic across all ages, genders, and ethnicities.

Great review the book really deserves a 4 out of 4 especially since the bullying seems to be increasing and fuelled by the use of media outlets to worsening it.
