It was definitely an emotional read, but somehow the author brought you into her situation without making you feel upset. Thanks for reading my review - I would highly recommend the book to anyone looking for healing!

Yes! The author's whole message is "It's OK to tell." It's okay to talk about trauma and abuse. But upon reading further the review, I found out that it was even more than that as the diary mentions incidents of sexual abuse which usually are kept secret by the victim. And here the victim comes out in the open, "IT"S OK TO TELL." I agree. Thanks for this interesting review.
