I agree, including some research sources on some of his ingredients would make the book more credible. Thanks for this enlightening review.

This looks like a good book. But the errors might put me off. So, I think I'll pass it. Thanks for the review.
We're all philosophers. When there's a tough choice to be made, when faced with the facts of birth, love or death or simply when thinking about what we want to do with our lives.

There seems to be a great deal of research being done about the connection between the mind and sickness. People are more open to trying other ways of healing before going the traditional route. Like you, I do not agree with reincarnation. Thanks for your thorough analysis of this book!

I also believe that a disease has its core at the emotional and mental levels. Not long ago, I start applying this technique in my life (primarily to satisfy my curiosity), and I was surprised to notice that it was working. Ayurvedic medicine is new to me, so I'm looking forward to finding out more. Thanks for your comprehensive review!

They were minor errors and not too distracting. There were just too many to give it the best rating. Thanks for coming by and commenting!

I do think there is probably a mind/body connection to illness, though. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

I think the idea of reincarnation is interesting but I don’t believe in it. Still, the book sounds thought-provoking. I hope it gets another round of editing and the author takes your suggestion of adding some resources. Thanks for another great review!

Although I'm not on the same page with the author with a few issues - like baby abuse being justified by their presumed reincarnation - I appreciate your well-written and insightful review. Thanks!!

As a retired clinical psychologist with a few decades of experience, I am well aware of the body-mind connection that has such an impact on so much of life. Even though I often disagree with a lot of what books like this contain, I am all in favor of people reading them if that gets them thinking,
