Thank you for a nice review, but I don't read Christianity self-help books. Nevertheless, congratulations to the author on receiving BOTD honors.

Thanks for the great review! This sounds like an interesting book. I like the author's response to the question about which Bible is the best to read. She was spot on with her answer of the best Bible to read is the one you will actually read! I have to agree with the author about Adam and Eve brought sin to all mankind because of their disobedience in the Garden. He gave us free will knowing we wouldn't always do what's right.

I'm impressed that the author could relate Bible verses to contemporary problems. I don't usually read books like this but I may go for it since it's not preachy and is written in a conversational tone. Thanks.

The ambiguity of the Bible gives room for different interpretations. Though I have my viewpoints, I enjoy reading other people's. I think it's a book I would like, considering how practical the author's assertions are.

I am not much into religious books as well as self-help books, so I will pass on this one. But for those who attempt to understand the practical aspect of the bible, this book will be a great help. Congratulations on being BOTD

Although the book does sound interesting, I still think it's too religious for my taste, so I will pass on checking out.

I must say this book is a deeper anticipation of the Bible. I Love the fact that the author used the Bible Contexts in this Book. Its for that reason why this book is a Must read for me. Thanks for this wonderful review.

Thanks for this great review of The book you need to Read by Debbie Wilcox. I agree with the reviewer on a lot of points and I liked the well balanced overview of this book. After reading the sample, it does appear to present some ideas that can be found in other books of this type. I did like the chapter on faith as some believers can struggle with that if they start to question their faith. As the author points out, "Without doubt, there is not faith." I feel this will be an easy book to read for those who are new to their Christian faith or are exploring the Christian faith and what that means.

Books dealing with the bible are not something that I enjoy so I will be passing on this one. Great review though.

This is an interesting religous non-fiction book that highlights adversity, christianity, lessons learnt, and how they can be applied to daily life. The book has a free sample on Amazon Kindle and a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.

From your review, I can tell this is a broad spectrum spiritual book attempting to integrate the spiritual and practical aspects of Christianity. Thanks for the review.

I am not a godly man, but curious to know what Bible says. I think I may try reading it after reading your review.

The idea behind this book kind of reminds me of Bible Study where we would look at a short excerpt and talk about what it means in every day life. I'd be curious to see how the author's interpretations might differ from someone elses or my own understandings. Thanks for a great review!

Sampling a few pages of the book and then reading this apt review, I am inclined towards reading this book. It seems quite systematic and engaging. Thanks to the author and the reviewer.
