Emotional health is crucial for our well-being, but it can be difficult to recognize symptoms of emotional problems. I hope the author follows your suggestions about the book's editing to make it as clear as possible. Thank you for your informative review!

I agree. Emotional health is necessary, especially in times of stress. The questionnaires, included at the end of the book, help readers reflect on their inner state. I appreciate your comments!

This seems like a potentially interesting book. A book like this cannot have several errors, the readers would be absolutely lost. Thanks for the review, hopefully it gets the proofreading t needs.

The author has an interesting perspective. I likes the comparison of our emotions to waves and her suggestions on how to "surf" those waves. Thanks for commenting!

This book seems inspiring. Despite its inadequacies, it appears to be helpful for lovers of this genre. I also like its practical nature. Hopefully, the author will take your recommendations into consideration for better readability. I have just added it to my shelf. Thank you!

I do not prefer the genre much and it is sad to hear that this one needs further proof reading as well. Thanks for the honest and thorough review 👍👍

I could certainly use a book like this, but it would need to have another round of editing. Great review!
