This is an interesting educational nonfiction book highlighting Business Leadership, Human resources, and personnel Management. The book is temporarily discounted on amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.

When I was managing teams back in the day, this is the type of book that would have caught my eye. But as a retiree, I'm not so much interested in reading about leadership or organizational development. Nevertheless, this looks like an interesting read and hopefully, the lessons will be embraced by those in leadership positions who can take advantage of the author's experience. Congratulations to him on achieving BOTD.

This sounds like an informative work for anyone who works in a corporate situation. I think it would probably give insight to people of all positions, but especially those in managerial positions. Your review is very thorough and informative, thank you!

8) :) I love this review, and I'm so much interested in reading this book, because realistically speaking, most corporations, firms or businesses has had challenges working effectively with their employees, when issues arises the employee is either fired or issued a resignation letter, All because someone isn't happy. looking at this caption '' Human Resource (HR) departments have been tasked with finding what makes the employee happy and making "it" happen.'' it all depends on so many factors, that's it. :geek2: :? :?

Firstly I would like to say very good review. It has wonderfully illustrated what the book is about and is very informative and quite catchy. The book itself seems to be very educational and this review presented it very well.

My previous work experience allowed me to look at how different organizations worked and I was on many HR committees. I agree that the sample of the author's research is not adequate to get good results. Thank you for your review.

In this book, the author suggests that a true increase in productivity and profits will result when the organization focuses on what the employee can do for the corporation. He strongly suggests that organizations should focus on "we," not "me." This is a unique idea.
The review is great.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

I find the topic of studying the ways to make a healthier company interesting. The approach towards organizational engagement rather than employees engagement is eye-catching. I think it is a complex subject since certainly sometimes incorporating perks does not make employees more productive or more engaged. An interesting book.

For me, this is an extremely interesting topic as it is directly related to the job I have. However, I find the book title a bit off-putting.

I like that the author organized his arguments in a very logical manner. I also like that Dr. Bohn recognized the necessity of two-way communication, ideas and efforts in the employee-management relationship, in order to achieve trust and progress.
