Leadership is certainly a much required skill in our day & age. I can recall multiple people who helped me become who I am, and the thought of becoming that person to someone else fills me with joy! Thank you for your brilliant review!

I've experienced horrendous leaders and I've told myself I will not be that person. Would love to read this. I think it would give a much needed character to leadership. Thanks for the review.
