Having a practical guide like this book will work wonders for the society. I like where you said the author acknowledges that stress and anxiety are part of life, too much or too little is not good for the well being. Great review.

People rarely speak up when they are having anxiety disorders. They really need to because we care for them.

The idea being addressed is relatable and has affected majority today globally. I would like to hear what the author has shared in the book about anxiety. Sounds like there is a lot to learn from the narrative. Lovely review.

So this book actually teaches us about the anxiety people undergo on a daily basis and they chose not to speak about it, but the greatest lesson it teaches one is that no matter the circumstance you are facing but you have got to reassure yourself that you have got this and you will overcome what you are facing.

Seems a good self-help reference resource book to cope with mental, cardiovascular, and bowel disorders. The book is systematically drafted with practical plans to combat anxiety, fear, worry, and stress. I think every individual needs to have one such action plan to calm fear, anxiety, worry, and stress in the times of today's fast-paced age. Great review, Standor5865. Thanks. Wish to get hold of the full book soon to read.

This book couldn't have been more timely, and it seems it was sent to me right now when I feel I need it the most. Great coping techniques offered, as well an analysis of what anxiety is in relation to fear, and how to control it. Fantastic review of a wonderful book.

Knowing that fear, anxiety, and worry as so prevalent in today's society, it is no wonder that this book comes so highly recommended. I'm interested in reading this one and more about the pathophysiological aspect of stress as well.

Today's BOTD is a practical self-help book for those struggling with fear, anxiety, stress, and/or worry. Well-written and easy-to-follow, the valuable info and helpful lessons presented here are meant to be implemented over a 30-day period, giving readers a chance to gain an understanding of "what" and "why," as well as "how." This sounds like a must-read! Thank you for the outstanding review. I've downloaded my copy! :-)

I think everyone should read this regardless of whether or not they suffer from mental problems. Because this book will possibly help them prevent themselves from falling into such problems or help them to help someone suffering get out.

And thank you for the great review.

I can see why this book is recommended to people suffering from panic attacks. From the description in the review I'd say it can help people before it comes to panic attacks: breathing exercises, journaling, and positive affirmations should have a place in daily life for everyone.
