Josephe-Anne wrote: 03 Aug 2021, 20:02 It seems like the author was very emotional when he wrote this book. I'm sure he was very distraught by losing both of his parents and dealing with a new person in his life. I hope he was eventually able to settle any differences he had with his stepmother.

Thank you for your honest review.

Thanks for your honest review. I thought Goldie was a bad woman who married the author's father with ill intentions, but it seems the author was not much better.

The creative nickname for the step mother is hilarious! I wonder if her intentions to marry their dad were ever pure? Thanks for the review!

I think both sides, both the author with the brothers and the wife of the author’s late father, just wanted to get the most out of themselves from the deceased’s legacy. Still, I think the book brings an important lesson about the need to handle legal matters with extreme caution. Thanks for stopping by.

I also liked the nickname Goldie for the author's stepmother as a form of creativity and even wit. Thanks for the comment.
