Well, after reading the sample, I can say I like the way Mike thinks outside the 'bun'. His narrative is certainly amusing. If laughter can help you burn calories, and improve the metabolism, it can't be a bad thing. While the cover is slightly ridiculous, it does grab attention. I can see why he is a successful realtor. I do like the fact that he emphasizes good natural food, from the source.

I love this review and would love to read the book. Weight loss can be challenging especially with the current stigma and body shaming.

Today's BOTD is a self--help guide to losing weight and keeping it off. Filled with advice, personal stories, and humor, readers will not only learn about changing their diets so they can live a happier, healthier life, but they will also enjoy the time they spend learning alongside the author who has had great success with the program. Thank you for the great review!! :-)

I don't read non-fiction, so I'll skip this book. It'll be perfect for people trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Seems to be a good self-help book. It would not only help to lose weight but also aid in eating clean and right.

I am among the lucky ones that doesn't suffer from overweight problem, so I have no use for any weight loss programs, but I am highly interested in eating healthy and increasing life expectancy. Unfortunately, I don't think that author's personal experience put in this book will aid me in this goal and thereby I prefer to pass it. Still congratulations on BOTD!

I do not read self-help books, under any circumstances. This is however one book I have to read. And I agree there needs to be a book like this in every household.

Nice read, it seams. Well, this GOD recipe, how helpful is it? Maybe a full-body picture of the author may be the answer.
All this according to the very accurate review of Melissa Jane.

Great review, I won't be buying this book as I have certain dietary requirements which this book doesn't sound like it covers.
Be tender with the young, gentle with the old protective of the weak, and tolerant of the strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these. George Washington Carver :tiphat:
