How to meditate? I find that meditation brings me peace most of the times. It is a way of clearing my head and I would love to find better ways to do it. This book would prove helpful.

When I read where you said that "This book begins with Jim Collison assuring the reader that the smartest thing you will ever do to succeed in your life is to start reading the book and meditating." It made me very interested in the book.

I do meditate, and love to find content that encourages a new approach. Theory and instructions is the best convo for this type of books. Thanks for the review.

This looks like an interesting book to check out. I have found meditation to be a valuable habit, and I'm curious what insights the author has to share.
