Indeed, communication is an ongoing and continuous act that we must endure in our day to day lives. Learning how to communicate effectively is paramount to get the correct messages across. We need to consider the fact that persons receive information differently from how it was intended based on tone, volume, body language etc.

One of my main believes are that what comes out of your mouth, can either uplift or breakdown. And I have realised that most people are quick to respond wothout thinking it through first and not always realizing the damage you can do with what you say. Learning to communicate in a healthy and though-through way, I believe is a must for everyone. With this amazing review, it sounds like this book is just what we need!

The book sounds interesting indeed. This type of book can help individuals, especially those who are not open to their friends or close family about their sadness, strong emotions, or heaviness inside them. This book helps a lot because it has different offers of comfort that would really help someone, and this book doesn't only focus on one goal or one side of emotional help, but it intends to help in various ways such as people with various emotions. I may have not read this book yet, but the review makes me feel like I'm gonna adore it. Highly recommended for those who are thriving for healthy emotions.

Healthy Communication is one of the best skills that any individual can have. Keys To Healthy Communication: Authenticity, Empathy, and Empowerment by Bobby R. Patton, Ph.D., Rusalyn H. Andrews, Ph.D., and Jennifer Page Daily, M.D. sets out standards and guildlines for healthy communication. I am sure going to read this book.

Interesting review. Interesting topic. I was wondering if the authors addressed healthy communication in long distance relationships. I personally think it can be very challenging.

I love the point of being an empathetic listener. I really think about the many times my little child talks to me and I am so engrossed in watching something or reading something, I simply nod. Well, I wouldnt have liked someone do that and so I too wont. I want to listen intently to what my child speaks to me. It is important and I am going to use this book to do exactly that.
