He asks why God allows so many sinners to enjoy life while so many saints undergo suffering. Maybe there's something to be said for the Hindu view of the cycle of birth and re-birth. I'm not talking of reincarnation but the transmigration of a soul from one corporeal form to another until it attains "moksha" or liberation.
So if you look at one life as the start and finish of existence, then Mr King's question needs an answer here and now. If you look at the cycle, then the possibility exists of one life being but one step in a long journey. A journey of twists and turns, of discoveries and moral adventures and misadventures.
