The book empowers readers to leave bad relationships and start living a more confident and fulfilling life. Sandy Wardenburg's message is both empowering and compassionate. The book is well-organized, with each chapter moving readers through a different stage of the healing process.

The author's writing style is engaging and makes you feel as though you are having a one-on-one conversation with her. It's refreshing to see a book that addresses toxic relationships in all aspects of life, not just romantic relationships.

Sandy's journey of self-discovery and healing is inspiring and motivating. The book highlights the importance of self-care and self-love as a means of healing from toxic relationships.
A reader lives a thousand lives before they die. What is more marvelous, more wholesome, more exquisite, than exploring all the worlds and universes that humanity can ever conceive?
